Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Blinged Out Kuties will be referred to as either Blinged Out Kuties, B.O.K., or Seller while the customer will be referred to as either client, customer, you, your, buyer, or prospective customer.

All invoices not paid within 24 hrs will be cancelled. Once an invoice is cancelled, the prices established therein are no longer guaranteed and subject to change. There are no refunds. A full payment is required before the production process is started.  Blinged Out Kuties' turnaround time is 5-10 business days not including holidays. The turnaround time starts the next business day after your order is placed. B.O.K. ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) First  Class Mail or Priority Mail. The shipping fee begins at $5.00. If your order is less than 1 pound, it will be shipped via First Class. USPS First Class can take anywhere from 2-5 business days and does not include a tracking number. If your order is 1 pound or more, it will be sent via USPS Priority. USPS Priority can take anywhere from 1-3 business days and in most cases includes a tracking number. There is also a delivery option in which will be hand delivered to the customer at an agreed location. The delivery fee begins at $5.00.

The 5-10 day processing time does not include shipping time - it means that your order will be shipped by the 5th/10th business day and in your hands 1-5 days after that date depending on delivery option used. Please note that once the order has left B.O.K.'s hands, B.O.K. is no longer responsible for the item(s) purchased. B.O.K. is also not responsible or liable for shipping to the incorrect address if the customer provided the incorrect address. Please double check shipping and billing address information.
